HDD Mud Recycling System

BW solid control is a leading manufacturer of Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) Mud Recycling System.

We can supply BW150GPM / BW350GPM / BW500 GPM / BW800GPM/ BW1000GPM / BW1500 GPM ,and we may designed and manufactured according to clients’ requirements.This system is composed of three classes solids control equipments.

①First class: shale shaker for sieving separation;
②The second and third class: mud cleaner and sand pump. Its main principle is adopting sand pump to supply enough power for hydrocyclones, then ,drilling fluids can be under centrifugal separation through hydrocyclone cones; Meanwhile, install jet mud mixer in the tank. By this mean, it can add and mix mud to supply satisfied drilling fluids for drilling rigs.

b. desander hydrocylone separation,
c. desilter hydrocylone separation,

Can discharge most particles size more than 20μm in drilling fluids.
