Desilter Cleaner

MONGOOSE Shale Shaker VS Flo-Line® Cleaner 503 Drying Shaker

Swaco Mongoose Shale Shaker and  Derrick FLC 503/504 drying shaker are widely known as top solids control equipments . Swaco and Derrick are both well known all over the world. They are specialist on solids control in many industry such as oil and gas well drilling, HDD, civil industry, mining industry, etc. Swaco Mongoose and Derrick FLC 503/504 drying shaker  have much difference specifications, such as shaker screen, dimension, treating capacity. And these features results their different strength on various aspect.

Swaco Mongoose Shale Shaker can be said the best possible solids control that required what once seemed impossible, Mongoose shaker can adapt as solids characteristics change. The ground-breaking design of the Mongoose shaker allows operators to use linear motion while drilling top-hole sections where heavy, high-volume solids such as gumbo are usually encountered.

Derrick FLC 503/504 drying shaker can be configured to be used as standard rig shakers and are easily transported. The standard skids includes lifting lugs at all four corners and fork truck guides. There are optional bolt-on underflow hoppers, in both standard and low profile heights. The standard feed trough can be changed to a conventional top or weir feeder. This allows one shaker to be used as either drying shaker or a rig shaker, making it one of the most versatile shakers on the market.

MONGOOSE PRO shaker was engineered to operate in both the Capacity and Efficiency modes of operation.est results from the well confirmed the superior performance of the MONGOOSE PRO shaker. To maintain comparative control, both shakers were installed with the same parameters: deck angle (0°), screen mesh (API 140), and fluid pond coverage (75% screen coverage). During the 8 1/2 in. section at a depth of 3,300 ft (1,006 m) with an ROP of 100 ft/hr (30.4 m/hr), the MONGOOSE PRO processed a maximum flow rate of 410 GPM, or 70% of the overall circulating flow rate. Meanwhile, the control shaker processed a maximum flow rate of 293 GPM, amounting to only 50% of the overall circulating rate. Compared to the control shaker, the MONGOOSE PRO, while running in the Efficiency mode, averaged an overall 28% increase in maximum flow rate, but 20% on the well volume.

FLC 503 Drying shale shakers offer many features of the FLC 500 series shakers but at a lower cost. Powered by two Derrick Super G vibrating motors, the 503 is a 3-panel machine that operates at 7.0 Gs (Super G2 motors are available as an option). Processing rates vary from 560 GPM of a 17.8 PPG fluid using DX-A140* screens on an FLC 503. The available screening area per API RP 13C for the FLC 503 is 24.9 square foot with the Pyramid screen and 34.5 square foot with the Pyramid Plus screen.

Vertical Cutting Dryer

BWCD series centrifuge is a dewatering equipment that use of mechanical centrifugal force generated by rotation to realize the separation of solids-liquid mixture. Waste drilling fluid flow into the space where between screen basket and helix through material inlet. At the role of centrifugal force,water and small particle(centrifugal liquid) flow through the material layer, through the screen, flow into the collecting tank that above base along the upper cover, then it’s been discharged through drain pipe that located on the both side of machine base. Coal particle kept in the inside of sieve basket, because of the rotation speed difference that between helix and sieve basket. Helix will scrap off coal particles from the screen, then push them into the bottom of sieve basket, thus the dehydrated coal powder been unloaded in the below material receiving funnel. The dehydration is processing continuously.
